The investigation of company images is methodically based in most cases on a catalogue with dimensions that describe the desired positioning of the destination image. These are then matched with their implementation in reality (is image positioning). This refers to characteristics of image embossing, which contain not in the company’s catalog, but are important for targets. The survey methodology consisted of a questionnaire, which allows for individual companies in the health care industry was examined, which were relevant to the of the each specified target image dimensions to what extent for the target groups and which are not. In addition, it was asked what other characteristics in which characteristics describe the company’s image. Doing that from the destination dimensions (average 14) only half had an is relevance, however on average another five characteristics consisted the shadow image found for surgeries.
